Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, requesting a return, scheduling a repair, approving a repair estimate, or contacting us. Depending on the service, this can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping or pickup information, order history, repair-device information, and messages or notes you provide.

Payments

Card-payment information is processed by Stripe. The Full Stack Shack uses Stripe payment identifiers and transaction status to reconcile orders and refunds, but does not store full payment-card numbers in this website's application database.

How we use information

We use customer information to operate accounts, process and fulfill orders, calculate applicable taxes, provide pickup and shipping, handle returns and refunds, schedule and perform repair services, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and respond to customer-service requests.

Service providers

We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help us operate the store, such as payment processing, tax calculation, hosting, address validation, and shipping or communications providers when those services are enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses cookies or similar browser storage needed for account sessions, security, shopping-cart behavior, and other core site functions. Additional analytics or advertising technologies, if introduced later, may require corresponding updates to this policy and any legally required consent controls.

Retention and security

We retain records as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain transaction and repair history, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business and customers. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Questions or requests

For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, contact The Full Stack Shack. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
