Available fulfillment options
The fulfillment methods currently offered for an order are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Charges are also shown before payment.
Shipping: the current standard shipping charge is $8.99, with free standard shipping on qualifying merchandise subtotals of $25.00 or more.
Shipping addresses and fulfillment
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We may contact you if an address needs clarification. An order is not considered shipped until it is marked fulfilled/shipped by The Full Stack Shack.
Carrier transit times and delivery dates, when provided, are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier operations, address issues, and other events outside our control.
Pickup
Bring sufficient information to identify the order when collecting a pickup. Pickup instructions shown during checkout or on the order record apply to that order. Please contact us if another person will collect the order or if pickup arrangements need to change.
Cancellations
Unpaid online orders can be cancelled from the order page while they remain pending payment. After payment, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has begun; once an order has shipped or been picked up, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Problems with delivery or pickup
If an order arrives damaged, appears to contain the wrong item, or has another fulfillment problem, preserve the packaging and item condition and contact us promptly with the order number and details.
